Ceremony time

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 3 pm on Saturday, the 31st of July 2027 at Woodland Manor Hotel. We kindly ask that guests arrive a little earlier to allow everyone to be seated and ready for the ceremony to begin promptly.

Parking

There is on-site parking available at Woodland Manor Hotel for guests attending our wedding. Please follow the signs upon arrival.

Accommodation

For those of you we've spoken to personally, we reserved a room at Woodland Manor Hotel so you can stay with us after our special day and the celebrations without worrying about getting home. The cost is £120 per room, which includes your overnight stay and a delicious cooked breakfast the following morning. If you've been offered a room by us, please make sure that payment for your room is made by the 31st of January 2027.

Alternative Accommodation

For guests who have not been offered a room at Woodland Manor Hotel, there are three Premier Inn hotels located within approximately 4 miles of our wedding venue. Please arrange and book your accommodation directly with your chosen hotel. We recommend booking in advance to secure your room.

Children & Plus Ones

While there will be a small number of children from our immediate family joining us on our special day, we've made the decision to keep our wedding adults only for all other guests. Unless your children have been specifically included in your invitation, we kindly ask you make alternative arrangements for them. Similarly, due to limited numbers we are only able to accommodate plus ones who have been specifically invited.

What to wear

We'd love for everyone to dress up and feel their best for our special day! There's no formal dress code, so please wear whatever you feel most comfortable and confident in. Most importantly, we want you to feel amazing, enjoy the day and be ready to celebrate with us into the evening!
